My first babysitter

Mi Mi (Mammy as my daddy calls her) and mommy went to see Celene Dion in Birmingham last week when we went to visit, so Dzia Dzia (Pappy as my daddy calls him) watched me. We had a great time! He fed me, and we watched the Presidential farewell and as you can see when Mi Mi and mommy got home i was sound asleep.

Picture day

On Friday we went to have Lilly's Newborn photos taken. It went so great I can't wait to see them! We went to Shuttered Image in Heber Springs and Micheal did a REALLY great job with her. Anyways, this is the dress she wore to get her photo take, this was at the house before we left. I had to show her shoes - black patten leather mary janes. :) 

I ordered her birth announcements from snapfish and I am REALLY regretting it because I know his photos are going to be way cuter then the ones that I used, so I am really bummed. As soon as I get them I will post and share. :) She did really good until we were at the end and we had to move some stuff around to get the picture we wanted so I was holding her and she was naked, and she started to spit up on me and before pick could get me a burp cloth she peed all over me! haha Welcome to motherhood huh?! haha

TOUCHDOWN!

Tonight we were watching a some of the NFL games on and Lilly fell asleep giving us the touchdown sign! haha 

SSOOOOOO BIG!

Everyone keeps telling me that children grow up so quickly...well i had to laugh this morning when we were doing one of regular wardrobe changes (hey accidents happen!) only to find out she has out grown her first sleeper. These sleepers are made so they will cover the baby's whole body - which this one did. She wore it in the hospital just 2 weeks ago! Well it now comes to about mid shin. She is SO long! I tried to show in the photo how short it is, it really made me laugh. I could not seem to get the camera to take when she stretched out to really show how much she has grown but this is close enough. :) 

Bath Time

Last Night I took my bath and wrapped up in a towel from my aunt tate - this is me in my flower towel. 

Dog Tired

 

Well sweet pea has found a new best friend! She is becoming more and more protective of little Lilly everyday. Today she followed me around as I was holding her and she was crying, and whenever the other girls come in the house she stands between lilly and them - it is pretty sweet. So today when she was napping and sweets wanted to share a pillow I had to get a photo of it.
