Fun Fest

ARRRRRRGGGGGGGG....

Sleeping Beauty and her magic wand...

Last week the kids and I went to Fun Fest at Church. They wore their costumes and played games, ate popcorn and won candy. They had a great time!

Before we left I quickly realized John was less then thrilled about being a pirate. Lilly on the other hand would still be wearing her princess costume if I would have let her haha. When we were at Fun Fest there was a little boy in a dog costume and Bigs went nuts over the dog. So on Thursday I set out to find him a dog costume for Halloween night, and I found the last dog costume in Target and it was his size! So I think he will be a lot more excited about dressing up tonight!

Pumpkin Patch 2011

It is hard to believe this is our 3rd year at the pumpkin patch! Once again we had a great time! The kids picked out pumpkins, rode a horse and rode on a hayride. It was a bit hotter then we expected so we didn't stay to see the animals or go on the playground but there is always next year!

Cookie Time!!

I LOVE THE FALL!!! We made our first round of holiday cookies it was so strange to me that both kids were big enough to decorate their own. They both LOVE to eat sprinkles. Every now and again I find them in the playroom with a bottle they have swiped from the kitchen which makes me crazy! They were really excited to have sprinkles and icing they could play with and eat without getting in trouble.

I think they liked the icing more then the cookie:).

Beach Part II

Get ready for picture overload! In September Pa Paw and GG invited us to go to the beach with them. We had the best week! The kids loved the beach, fishing, looking for crabs, shopping and the pools were awesome! They didn't want to sleep the entire time we were there! haha We were also blessed to see MiMi that week. GG called her and invited her down, so she spent a night with us. We could not have asked for better weather, food or family time that week!

These pictures made me laugh out loud. One evening we took the kids down to the beach before dinner and Pinckney was showing them how to cover each other with sand.

So it was Biggie and Daddy's turn:).

These two really are best friends.

Somehow out of all the pictures we did not a single one with all 4 of us?! haha

Summer Favorites!

She goes so hard all the time, she can fall asleep anywhere.

We have really enjoyed having family and friends out to the house to grill and take rides around the neighborhood.

John found his cowboy boots and wants to wear them all the time...too bad they are too small! haha

I swear he is always smiling!

Lilly is in constant motion. She is always singing and dancing!
