I like being a kid

Today we went to the Clinton library for an egg hunt and lots of Easter fun:) I have lots of pictures I am going to get up but I thought I would go ahead and share this video:)

Easter Eggs!

This was our first year to dye easter eggs. I am not sure who had more fun the kids or us! haha When we ran out of eggs Pick and I were so sad we had not more to play with haha.

Egg Hunt and funnies

I have a few pictures I need to update that I thought were pretty funny...

We went to an Easter Egg hunt this week with a bunch of our friends. Lilly fell asleep in the car (we live about 2 minutes from where we were! haha) and I could not wake her up to hunt eggs, but she finally got up in time to play for a little bit.

I turned around and found this...HA!

the kids have a new obsession with slides! The two spent most of the party together on this slide:)

Bigs has been cracking me up lately. He walks around with his thumb in his mouth and blanket dragging behind him!

I have a few pictures I need to update that I thought were pretty funny...

Everytime I get the vacuum out Bigs gets theirs out to do it with me! haha

Auntie Katie gave this outfit to Lilly for christmas and she loves to dress up in it!!

Little shopper

Today at the store I let lilly have her own cart. It was going well until she realized she could take items off the shelf and put them in her cart...


Then I turned around and she has bubbles, candy, paper to draw on and she picked out her own pack to die Easter eggs! Haha

Spring has sprung

This week when we wake up the sun has been shinning and it has been pretty warm out. Today we decided to spend most of the day outside enjoying it.
We started the day at the park...





These shorts kept making me laugh - I think they look pretty cute haha





Lilly loved the slide even after we left she keeps asking to slide - I think I see us having to get one for the house in our near future!





























When we left the park we came home and had a picnic in the living room and watched the movie tangled. Then we all needed a nap! Haha
After our nap we made Easter cookies and played more outside.











Lilly did such a good job icing the cookies - since purple is her favorite color she had her own bowl of the purple icing:).











Bigs did a little coloring and playdough until it was time for him to eat his cookies :)

















They were pretty yummy! And they look good too!

Silly

After bath time the kids and I were playing with my new phone- now that I can update the blog from my phone we will probably be updating a lot!

House for sale

This weekend we put our house for sale, and on Sunday we had 4 showings so we spent the day at the O'Dea's house.


The guys worked on putting their new playset together while the kids played.

Biggie was so happy to spend the day with Hayden :)


And Lilly of course was thrilled to play with Maggie and borrow her clothes since she and bigs jumped in the baby pool with all their clothes on!





Poor biggie - I swear we will get you non pink toys to play with this summer haha

Naptime

I talk a lot about how the kids will yell back and forth to each other. Usually Lilly will yell things to Bigs and he will sometimes respond back. Today they were in their rooms - suppose to be napping and I heard yelling, so when I came out of my room I hear this...

And neither of them took a nap today.

The Bob

We laugh because Biggie has had more hair cuts then any of us! Yesterday I went to get my hair cut and while talking to the girl cutting my hair we decided to cut Lilly's hair as well. She suggested "the bob." haha

Lilly loved having her hair done! It looks like I might need to get one of these round brushes for her hair:).

And after we got our hair cut we went to lunch.

Big Sister

Lilly is really coming into the roll of being the big sister. I think if Biggie were a newborn Lilly would be a great helper! Even though he is not a newborn, she is taking it upon herself to lend a hand. :)
