Birthday Party

We had such a great time picking out our christmas tree this year we decided it would be the perfect place to return for the kids birthday party again. The week leading up to the party was pretty crazy. We lost a wonderful woman that week to cancer, my loving fairy godmother, Aunt Janice. I returned from South Bend thursday night in plenty of time to get everything finished for the party. The party was on the same day as John's birthday so we celebrated him all day!

We still love the pig races!

The Perfect Tree

The weekend after thanksgiving, we all set out to find the perfect Christmas tree at Motley's tree farm. We all had a blast visiting the animals, swinging, having cupcakes, shopping and finding the perfect tree of course!

the kids and Pinckney still love the cow ride!

Lilly was positive the "mommy donkey" knew and loved her! which who can blame the donkey?! but there was a sign that said "this donkey bites" so we tried to keep her looking at the other animals! haha

Before Christmas 2012

I have had trouble getting photos on the blog for the last month and it has been absoultly CRAZY around here so I am going to start catching up now...
Getting the right christmas card photo this year was quite the experience! haha As you can see from what I had to choose from I ended up having a pretty great card!
This is the photo that we used:)
Along with this one:) And yet this photo is still funny because the dog between Picks legs isn't ours! haha It is Sweet Pea's sister so she does count as family.
The kids and I made these great ornaments, They are their christmas lists for the year. They are filled with gold glitter and strips of paper with all of their wishes for the year.
Then came time for a my moms christmas card, we had about the same amount of luck...

I don't know why but this one really makes me laugh! haha
It is going to take me a bit but I will get caught up through the year! First I have to buy more storage because I have reached my limit of pictures that the blog will let me :).

Halloween 2012

This is the first year we stayed in our own neighborhood for trick or treating and we had a BLAST! All the kids on our street got together and we loaded them and the moms on a trailer and pulled it with the ranger and went all around the neighborhood. The dads would help the kids off the trailer and they would run up to the houses get as much candy as they could and then run back to the trailer. After we hit as many  houses as we could we all went to Parish's house for dinner and a few more treats. The night was a big success!! and a week later we are finally done with all the candy!

And our Cupcake and our Dinosaur looked adorable!

Here is Clark Clemp...

This picture makes me laugh, we have no idea what they were talking about but it looks serious!
And of course, these two were glued together! Everyday they become even closer friends! I love watching them! Lilly is such a mother hen over him!
